Thailand Beaches, East or South.

All beaches in Thailand are so great, between Eastern and Southern coasts which one is better. Find the answer here yourself.

Eastern coast is the Gulf of Thailand(South China Sea)
Closer to Bangkok, you will get to the nearest seaside within 100 Km.
Pattaya, the most well known city is about 150 km from Bangkok.  Lots of tourists in this popular town, some people enjoy beaches and activities while lots of people hanging at the bar-beer and beach girls.
Short stay is probably better to take this side because it would be very tired if you take a long ride to the south and it will take more than a night to settle down. Beaches are likely to have more people if you like to meet.
Convenience go to swim in the sea and do shopping in the shopping mall, then go a favorite club at night in the same day. How convenience!

Southern has the West coast, Andaman Sea (Indian Ocean) and the East coast, the Gulf of Thai.
The sea is still virgin, beaches are very clean, sand is really white, ocean is crystal blue. Some beautiful islands are getting clouded but still some more to be explored.
Phuket the purl of Asia, Krabi, Phang Nga and their islands are the rising stars. Once get lost in the full moon party, you will have a lot to talk about it.
Long Stay would be the best unless you can catch a plane, you will be able to dive into the sea within the same day.
Get away from people should be one of the best solution here, no traffic no pollution and lots of fresh air. No need to have a convenience store because living by the sea, life is so cool and calm.

So now you would have some ideas to make up your mind because they are so different. Pick any of these two choices, you won’t be disappointed.
